Our Working Procedure

We have well defined working procedure by which, we are able to complete the task efficiently and within the scheduled time. Our working mechanism is a blueprint for our success, is elaborated below.

After procuring, we check raw material for their weight
After this, the sample is drawn that is given to Q.C. lab along with GRR containing all details regarding dispatch
After conducting requisite tests, the report is handed over to production dept. with the advice to use the raw material or not
All test records of sourced raw material is kept for one year
Our finish paint quality control starts during the production.

Robust Infrastructure

Sprawled over a widespread area, our infrastructure is installed with the latest and hi-tech machines and equipment. They are operated by a team of qualified and experienced professionals. Attriators : Each having 150 liters volume capacity, which gives 300 liters of paint within 4hrs
1 high-speed stirrer
1 lab type sand mill for development
1 continuous type sand mill: It has 1 liter of paint per minute production capacity
Resin kettle: 300 liters capacity.

Warehousing & Packaging

We have warehousing and packaging facility, which enables us to deliver products safely to clients. Our warehouse is spacious enough to accommodate a large number of products in a well managed manner. It has all requisite facilities that make storage process easier and hassle free. Furthermore, we have appointed warehousing experts who have knowledge of safe stocking and handling of product range without degrading chemical properties. We store products in various sections according to their types with proper labeling. Moreover, our packaging experts take special care of packing the products. They pack products in highly durable and reliable materials in order to keep the products safe from any kind of damage.
