LCF Wash Primer We are engaged in providing LCF Wash Primer, which is also known as "LCF Etch Primer". It is a two-component system (2k system), which is easy to apply and conforms to the international quality standards. These are used specially for engineering units. Following are some of the features of our product:
- In single treatment prevents corrosion without using lead chrome (hazardous pigments)
- In comparison to other corrosion inhibiting material, these are unique & most effective
- It is helpful in heavy structures where total surface treatment (dip phosphating) is not possible

- Dries faster at room temperature
- Withstands up to 350 degree C
- From pretreatment phosphating can be eliminated
- In mild rusting little particle of rust also get converted into mg phosphate ion so no sand rusting is required
- Resistant to water
- Can be adhered to many substrates like aluminum, plastics, steel, and M. S
- Welding is possible after priming
- Higher DFT with better opacity than regular Etch Primer
- Serves as an excellent undercoat for many systems like Epoxy, PU & Synthetic Enamels
- Unaffected by oil & grease
- Excellent adhesion to many substrates
